I used HIPages to obtain some quotes for what I thought was a replacement of my Rheem Stella gas supply valve and was expecting around $400 – $600 for the entire job.  James (AUSGAS WA) was the fourth person I spoke to and he knew exactly what he was talking about.

He said the valve was a Eurosit 630, made in Mexico, and probably did not need replacing.  He said he could swing by and have a look at it and if he couldn’t fix it in 10 minutes, no charge.  He did exactly that – and fixed it in about 3 minutes for a total cost of $40!!  I gave him a bottle of beer to go with it for when he gets home.

I was ultra pleased at how honest he was and completely professional and how inexpensive this repair was.  I have his cards now and will not use anyone else, ever.  I recommend this professional 10/10!
