Prompt attendance right on time-James is very courteous and polite- got onto both jobs checked convection heater first spent at least 1/2 hr. Could not detect actual fault but explained the problem was in the digital points on the control board- difficult to diagnose and repair- parts would cost approx. $***. Recommended buying a new one-then serviced the radiant heater- no problems except dust collection on fan. Cleaned and reset-. Very patient and helpful advice. Highly recommended
